5.1 Project Management
Create, manage, and track projects within your organization. Assign team members with specific roles and define required skills.
5.2 Assessments & Feedback
Collect structured project feedback through multi-step assessment forms. Assessments include rating scales, multiple-choice questions, rankings, skill attributions, endorsements, free-text reflections, and consultant-specific feedback.
5.3 TEAM Scores
Aggregated performance scores are computed from submitted assessments across four dimensions: Talent, Experience, Agility, and Mindset. These scores are visible to members within the relevant organization.

Users can select professional skills from global and organization-specific skill catalogs. Skills are used for project matching and team composition.
5.5 AI-Powered Features (Planned)
Future features may include AI-powered team suggestions and feedback analysis using third-party AI services. Users will be notified when these features are activated, and the applicable terms will be updated accordingly.
6. User Obligations & Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you must not:
- Use the platform for any purpose other than its intended professional use.
- Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious feedback about colleagues or consultants.
- Impersonate other users or manipulate assessments in any way.
- Attempt to de-anonymize anonymous assessments or identify anonymous assessors.
- Interfere with the platform's operation, security, or availability.
- Use the platform to collect data about individuals without a legitimate business purpose.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without prior written consent.
Important: Feedback about colleagues and consultants constitutes personal data about those individuals. By submitting such feedback, you confirm that it is truthful, fair, and provided for a legitimate professional evaluation purpose.
Organization administrators are responsible for managing their members and ensuring appropriate use of the platform within their organization.
7. Assessment Anonymity & Data Integrity
Aretea supports anonymous assessments to encourage honest feedback. This section explains how anonymity works on the platform.
7.1 Anonymous Assessments
When an assessment is flagged as anonymous, individual responses are never displayed to other users, including organization administrators. Only aggregated scores derived from multiple assessments are visible.
7.2 Technical Storage
For data integrity purposes — such as preventing duplicate submissions and ensuring scoring consistency — the assessor's identity is stored internally in the database. This technical linkage is never exposed through the application interface.
In summary: "anonymous" means your identity is hidden from all other users. It does not mean your identity is unlinked from your account internally. This approach is standard practice in employee feedback systems and is disclosed transparently in both these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
8.1 Platform Intellectual Property
The Aretea platform — including its design, source code, branding, and documentation — is the intellectual property of WE The Collaboration Group AG. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
8.2 User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the platform (feedback text, project descriptions, ratings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant WE The Collaboration Group AG a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content to authorized users within the relevant organization, solely for the purpose of providing the platform services.
8.3 Aggregated & Anonymized Data
WE The Collaboration Group AG may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from platform usage for product improvement and analytics. No individual user or organization will be identifiable from such aggregated data.
9. Feedback About Third Parties
The platform allows users to provide feedback about colleagues and consultants who participated in projects. This feedback may include performance ratings, standout qualities, and willingness to collaborate again.
Such feedback constitutes personal data about the individuals being evaluated. By submitting consultant or colleague feedback, you represent that:
- The feedback is truthful, fair, and based on genuine professional experience with the person on the specific project.
- You have a legitimate reason to provide this feedback (e.g., you worked together on the same project).
- You are aware that aggregated scores derived from your feedback may be visible to members of the organization.
WE The Collaboration Group AG processes consultant feedback on the legal basis of the organization's legitimate interest in evaluating project performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); Swiss nFADP Art. 31(1)).
Individuals who are the subject of feedback have data subject rights as described in our Privacy Policy, including the right of access and the right to object.
10. Account Deletion & Consequences
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account. Account deletion requires password confirmation. Upon deletion:
- Your account credentials and personal profile data are permanently deleted.
- Your assessment records and TEAM Scores are anonymized — your identity is removed, but the feedback data is preserved for aggregate organizational scoring.
- Your project memberships and skill selections are deleted entirely.
- Your audit log entries are anonymized.
- If you are the sole owner of an organization, you must transfer ownership before deleting your account.
Account deletion terminates your agreement under these Terms.
Note: Anonymized data remaining after deletion cannot be attributed back to you and is retained to preserve the integrity of organizational data. This is consistent with our Privacy Policy.
11. Availability & Service Levels
The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. WE The Collaboration Group AG strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
As the platform is currently offered as a free MVP, no service level agreements (SLAs) apply. Service levels may be introduced with future paid plans.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WE The Collaboration Group AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
WE The Collaboration Group AG is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or consequences of feedback, ratings, or scores submitted by users of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, as required by Swiss law (Swiss Code of Obligations, Art. 100(1)).
13. Changes to These Terms
WE The Collaboration Group AG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account before the effective date.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Zurich, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
